The Mayor. Character

A stately head of the city who likes to drink, and his age is no longer the same.
He is dressed in a decent suit, under which a criminal authority is hiding, running a shady business.
The mayor controls all areas
of the city's life, like a spider spreading its nets, catching any vibrations on its territory.
He lives in an unsightly country house and does not like it when someone gets in his way.
